Once you join our team, you will:
- Performing and solving of clarifications on core return units
- Correcting of inventory and equipment entries of pool units
- Manage and coordinate the non-interchangeabilities mailbox and associated tasks
- Maintain and update an access database containing information for components and materials to ensure material pool standard balance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Account Managers,Customer Service, Pool-Balance Managers and others
- Work in and with various LHT systems such as SAP, t/track
- Strive for impeccable customer service to enhance the overall customer experience
- Ensure transparency and reliability of the customer's supply chain through daily case management and ongoing clarifications
- Provide proactive feedback on system and process changes based on professional expertise

You match our need, if you have:
- University degree (Business and Economics, Technical, or relevant)
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- SAP or other ERP system is advantage
- Relevant job experience would be considered as an advantage
