Once you join our team, you will:

  • Performing and solving of clarifications on core return units
  • Correcting of inventory and equipment entries of pool units
  • Manage and coordinate the non-interchangeabilities mailbox and associated tasks
  • Maintain and update an access database containing information for components and materials to ensure material pool standard balance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Account Managers,Customer Service, Pool-Balance Managers and others
  • Work in and with various LHT systems such as SAP, t/track
  • Strive for impeccable customer service to enhance the overall customer experience
  •  Ensure transparency and reliability of the customer's supply chain through daily case management and ongoing clarifications
  • Provide proactive feedback on system and process changes based on professional expertise
