We are seeking YOU – a Social Media Working Student – Are you passionate about connecting people across different channels? Join Oscar Bravo and play a key role in driving social media for Lufthansa Group. You'll create engaging content, and help build a dynamic community.

What you’ll do:
 

  • Support in analyzing social media performance metrics leveraging data insights to optimize content strategy and engagement.
  • Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) across platforms, generating reports on campaign effectiveness and audience behavior.
  • Assist in automation and dashboard development to streamline data visualization and performance tracking.
  • Research and assess emerging social media trends and technologies, providing data-backed insights to improve engagement and business impact.
  • Generate creative ideas and produce engaging content that drives community engagement and meets brand needs.
  • Work closely with performance managers, project managers, content creators, and community managers to ensure the content planning and scheduling align with data-driven insights.

 What you’ll need:

  • Student status: currently enrolled as a student, with prior experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German preferred, with an eye for detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
  • Social Media Proficiency: native to the social media platforms Instagram, TikTok, YouTube LinkedIn, and others.
  • Hands-On Mentality: proactive and hands-on approach to tasks – just own it. 
  • Adaptability and Open-mindedness: willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and embrace new challenges.
