  • Manage team of IT Reporting and Administration Specialists providing guidance & support
  • Ensure tools are in place to deliver IT reporting & data analysis insights to the organisation
  • Drive regular & scheduled delivery of all agreed IT operational & project related reports
  • Maintain & monitor the contracts and license renewal schedule
  • Lead RFP process for Group IT suppliers including documents, Board Papers, and Contract coordination
  • Steer the Group IT procurement process, including alignment of requirements & adherence to compliance with Group IT departments
  • Develop and implement financial management processes for IT projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement
  • Maintain and drive compliance to internal IT processes and upgrade schedules across Group IT

  • University degree in relevant field or other tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant working experience
  • 2-3 years proven experience in financial administration, contract management & procurement processes, business intelligence, or related roles with leadership & managerial responsibilities
  • Knowledge of financial management principles and processes
  • Familiarity with business processes and IT systems and infrastructure within the contact centre environment
  • Very high proficiency in English language (both written and verbal) 
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of tasks delivered
  • Strong Customer Service orientation
  • Leadership skills to guide and motivate a team of IT Reporting and Administration Specialists
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and proactive approach
