World Class Traning

The training for this position consists of 4 weeks in class training, followed by 3 weeks of hands on telecoaching.

What do we look for in a Canadate?

  •  Excellent written & verbal communication in English
  •  Solid understanding of computer systems and software
  •  Take pride in conducting excellent interactions with colleagues  and customers 
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including early evenings, weekends, and some statutory holidays 
  •  Willing to take part in 4 weeks of training & 3 weeks of telecoaching 
  •  Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  •  Minimum high school diploma
