You will be a part of a team of Product Owners, Project Managers, Data Analysts and Quality & Lean Manager, will work together with our internal departments as well as external suppliers.
- In this position you will play a crucial role in shaping our processes, methods and IT landscape and will be reporting to the Head of Innovation, Data and Quality.
- Support in the management of our portfolio of projects and products (waterfall as well as agile)
- Alignment of priorities and maintaining of a prioritized backlog across all sources of work
- Cooperating with internal and external customers regarding the definition of projects/products
- Translation of requirements, objectives and expectations into epics, features, and user stories
- Definition of user stories in collaboration with users and the developers
- Communicate progress, risks and expectations towards the team and stakeholders

- Relevant experience within an agile environment
- Profound experience in Project Management, Scrum or other agile methodologies
- Experience with portfolio management
- Ability to gate-keep and manage scope
- English business level skills as English is our company language
- Attention to detail and analytical way of thinking to comprehend the success criteria
