As the Aircraft Cabin Management System Tech Support YUL you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsibilities, including:
- Technical support for the nice® HD Cabin Management / In-Flight Entertainment System (CMS/IFE) on Bombardier Business/Private Jet programs
- Conduct and witness IFE/CM systems integration tests, trouble shooting, 3rd party interface validations
- Create and maintain nice® HD system training documentation, perform trainings to customers
- Carry out communication with LHT’s team in HAM, customers and 3rd party system suppliers. Prepare and take part in technical program meetings
- Create and optimize processes in the area of own responsibility and monitor compliance with such processes
- Production line analysis and solutions diagnose and correct aircraft IFE & CMS system defects
- Train new employees in the field of CMS/IFE system and aircraft integration

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related engineering field preferred
- Experience with the Qt framework and QML, with additional skills in UI/UX design considered a strong asset
- French language required; English proficiency needed for aviation documentation
- Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: C, C++, Java, Ruby, Python
- Solid experience with Linux shell and scripting
- Familiarity with software version control tools such as Git or SVN
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent quality consciousness
- Excellent ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent intercultural awareness
- Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
