Assist customers with all travel related services and customer enquiries (Inbound & Outbound)

Provide excellent and consistent customer service to ensure service quality in dealing with customers at all times.


  • 1 - 2years Customer Service Experience
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written.
  • Must have Mathematics or Geography or Travel & Tourism as a completed subject
  • Proven customer service and sales skills.
  • Good understanding of computer system and standard software.
  • Availability and ability to work rotating shifts and public holidays.
