Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Contribute to the introduction and implementation of the SRM processes, KPIs and tools within the defined framework
  • Conception of the supplier-specific SRM framework
  • Active supplier management for selected suppliers in cooperation with vendor management
  • Commercial and contractual supplier management of all managed IT contracts incl. extensions/renewals and Change Request Management
  • Performance/KPI measurements of IT contracts and active claim management in case of contract breaches
  • Identification and use of optimization potentials and innovations

* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

The ideal Key Supplier Manager must fulfill the following requirements:

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a similar discipline
  • 2 years of professional experience in IT procurement, Vendor Management or related function
  • Very good knowledge on IT contracts, terms and regulations, legal aspects, etc.
  • Good IT knowledge and overview about current IT technologies
  • Fluent English language both in writing and verbally
  • Good German skills in writing and verbally
  • Very good communication and analytical skills
