Product Delivery Manager (all genders) is responsible for the technical and product-related communication with BoardConnect customers and ensures the contractual provision of products and services in the area of in-flight entertainment and connectivity:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of in-flight entertainment & connectivity services in accordance with the contractually agreed services with the aim of improving the passenger experience together with airline customers
- Quality assurance of the software and systems to be delivered to airline customers in the BoardConnect laboratory in Raunheim, where we carry out production-related tests on aircraft servers and analyze errors
- Managing technical communication (presentations, on-site meetings, regular online meetings) with airline customers
- Recording and analyzing user requirements, if necessary supporting airline customers in describing change requests
- Coordination and support of incident, problem and change management

You are characterized by a proactive mentality, strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as technical understanding and a keen eye for efficient and innovative solutions for digital change and you have the following prerequisites:
- Completed relevant studies preferably in computer science, business informatics or similar or completed relevant professional training with several years of professional experience
- Professional experience in IT operations (complex applications)
- Experience and sound knowledge of customer support
- Experience and knowledge of the aviation industry
- Confident appearance, good contact and cooperation behavior
- Good communication skills for precise & comprehensible presentation of complex issues
- Negotiating skills and assertiveness
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Knowledge of agile software development methods (SAFe, SCRUM) desirable
