The Route 166 Project Stream Driver (m/w/d) is responsible for leading the digital transformation initiatives within the Route 166 program. This role involves fundamentally reshaping an organization to create value by continuously deploying technology at scale.

- Lead cross-functional teams to implement digital transformation initiatives.

- Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years in digital transformation or IT project management (airline industry experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud technologies.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Very good English speaking and writing skills, German language speaking skill favorable.
