Your tasks as HR Manager with a focus on HR IT systems at the Frankfurt location will essentially include

  • Implementation of IT requirements management
  • Independent analysis, conception & implementation of new IT solutions
  • Automation of department-related processes, introduction of new processes
  • Implementation, coordination and quality assurance of tests and acceptance procedures for changes to department-related IT systems
  • Initiation of projects, management and collaboration in projects
  • IT-side support for routine operations
  • Ensuring/supporting IT security, IT audits from a compliance perspective, data protection and representing the department in co-determination and documentation of IT processes
  • Taking over communication with the data center, the software manufacturer and other parties involved

The Competence Center Payroll & Pension Services as part of Lufthansa Group HR Services is responsible for the bundling, standardization and provision of HR services in the area of payroll accounting and company pension schemes.

  • Successfully completed studies in the fields of computer science, business informatics, economics (with a focus on HR) or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in HR IT and/or ideally payroll with a strong affinity for IT
  • German: fluent
  • Sound knowledge of technical system administration
  • Analytical, conceptual thinking and systematic way of working
  • Problem-solving skills and precise presentation of complex issues
  • You enjoy taking responsibility in a team and for achieving goals
