  • Managing and overseeing the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other systems
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting interface issues
  • Collaborating with IT and HR teams to enhance integration processes
  • Developing and maintaining interface documentation and guidelines
  • Ensuring data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems
  • Implementing and managing interface security measures
  • Designing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors interfaces
  • Conducting regular system checks to ensure interface functionality
  • Coordinating with external vendors and internal teams for interface development and support
  • Performing data mapping and transformation tasks
  • Leading interface-related projects and initiatives
  • Providing technical support and training to users on interface functionalities
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting and optimisation of existing integration processes and interfaces to ensure performance, stability and data security

  • 3+ years of experience with a complex cross system integration SAP landscape/environment supporting core business functions with focus on cloud solutions and SAP systems
  • 3+ years in analyzing and translating business / functional requirements
  • Ability to easily communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical prospects (verbal and written format)
  • Good knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)
  • Familiarity with middleware and integration platforms, especially SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
  • 3+ Experience in building services consuming RESTful APIs (SOAP, REST, ODATA, etc.)
  • Experience with JSON and XML Conversions, Groovy Script, request reply, multicast, Local integration process, etc.
  • Good understanding of SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite Services
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Suite (at least one module) SFAPI (Compound Employee) and OData APIs
  • Experience with data mapping, transformation, and interface troubleshooting
