  • Support PA‘s with process design
  • Develop process improvement ideas and evaluate impact based on figures (Celonis or other reports)
  • Lead projects of various sizes across all locations/Billing Centers
  • Implement process changes
  • Specify IT change requests to improve existing IT systems and define new IT systems
  • Validate IT specifications
  • Create and maintain work instructions / SOPs
  • Monitoring of process performance (e.g. SLA & KPI measurement)
  • Steering of external providers
