As the Junior Accountant you will perform the following duties:

  • Reconciliation of transactional operations
  • Transaction monitoring and reconciliation reporting
  • Customer service by telephone (contact with Hamburg and United States)
  • Fuel process, invoice control for Lufthansa Group, processing fuel invoices (worldwide), very analytical process, daily contact with sensitive customers

 

* Takeover of additional tasks when is required

The ideal Junior Accountant must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, International Business or related careers
  • Intermediate-advanced English language
  • Knowledge of basic accounting
  • Excel intermediate-advanced
  • Analytical
  • Teamwork
  • Proactive
  • Desirable accounts payable experience and/ or knowledge of airfares or airlines

We offer

  • Direct hiring by the company
  • Salary schedule: $10,000 monthly
  • Monthly bonus for English certification with the effective TOEFL Test with 565 points ($1,700 extra)

Flexible Schedule

  • 8 hours from Monday to Friday (EXAMPLE: 7:00 AM- 04:00 PM, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM)
