As a Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer, you will help us run, operate &  orchestrate CRM needs for the stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining & enhancing the CRM system as well as integrating with other applications. You will help to design & implement new features & integrations

What you’ll do

  • Help run, operate and orchestrate daily CRM needs for the stakeholders.
  • As a technical counter part to the MarTech you will help in Growth Team, adopting business requirements, translating them into technical concepts, and delivering its implementation.  
  • Develop, maintain and enhance the CRM system, as well as integrate it with other applications and data sources. 
  • Design and implement new features and integrations. 
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the CRM users and business analysts. 
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues and incidents. 
  • Document CRM processes, workflows, requirements and best practices. 
  • Ensure data quality, security and compliance with GDPR and other regulations. 
  • Stay updated with the latest CRM trends, technologies and best practices.

What you`ll need

  • 3 years of experience in developing & maintaining CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
  • Skills Customizing Dynamics 365 CRM, .Net, CRM SDK, Javascript, Typescript, Power Apps & Power Automate 
  • Knowledge of CRM functionalities, modules, workflows, business rules, logic apps, plugins etc
  • Proficiency in .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS & other languages
  • Experience with Azure

  • The ability to work closely with business SMEs, Marketing, Sales, Product, Service for both B2C and B2B to identify business needs & devise technical solutions
  • Support the stakeholders with deep tool expertise in Use Case Refinement & Delivery Process
  • To be the technical counterpart to the MarTech Growth Team, adopting business requirements, translating into technical concepts
