- Discussing the recruitment criteria with a HM and posting a job advertisement
- Verifying the incoming resumes and job applications, selecting the most qualified candidates
- Scheduling and conducting a phone screening with candidates
- Creating a short-list of the best candidates and presenting it to the hiring manager
- Scheduling a video or a F2F interview for candidates
- If necessary, organizing flight journey or an
accommodation for candidates; verifying travel costs - Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the whole selection process
- Following and maintaining the agreed service level in regards to timeliness and accuracy of the performed processes
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

- You feel confident in speaking German and English (both min. B2) in F2F discussions, as well as over a telephone
- Prioritization is well known to you, you can easily decide what tasks are more critical according to
the business needs
- You are able to cooperate in a team, but when needed, you can also conduct your individual tasks
independently - Thanks to your highly developed attention to details, you can easily spot mistakes in order to improve
quality of the processes - By being solution-oriented, you are able to offer multiple solutions to the problem
- You are also customer-oriented, which means that you focus on customers, their requirements and
needs. You understand that it is crucial to respond to them quickly and efficiently - Being inquisitive by nature, you usually regard challenging situations or disruptions as an opportunity
to learn something new - Preferably, you are passionate about recruitment
