HR Specialist - Industrial Relations and Legal Consultancy
The HR Specialist is responsible for HR Compliance related topics, design and implementation of internal HR processes, keeping up with labour law and social security regulations, contract management and disciplinary issues of employees, especially union related topics.

- Design and implementation of HR processes and policies
- Ensure that HR policies, procedures and content are up to date in line with local labor law and social security regulations and Lufthansa guidelines
- Correspondence with local authorities and 3rd parties in order to comply the regulations
- Make sure that all HR Physical & Digital files are maintained up -to date with proper documentation
- Responsible for contract management
- Taking HR advisor role in disciplinary process and supporting Supervisors by implementing disciplinary action policy
- Negotiations with the Union and disciplinary counseling
- Keeping employee files and preparing for external and internal audit
- Maintenance of HR records and ensuring data integrity as well the GDPR
- Responsible for occupational health and safety

Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree HR & Law, Business Administration or other related areas
- Relevant professional experience in the field of Human Resources, min. 5 years
- Very good knowledge of Turkish, both spoken and written
- Good Knowledge of English is a benefit
- Solid MS Office knowledge
- Willingness to go on a Duty Travel
- High integrity, confidentiality and respect for compliance
- Highly organized, with an ability to keep records and assess data
- Excellent communication skills when conversing with 3rd parties and local authorities
- Problem-solving mentality, with an ability to think quickly and shift gears in a constantly changing environment
- A strong networker, with a natural ability to build and maintain professional relationships
