  • Bookkeeping of daily/weekly and monthly transactions in accordance with Turkish GAAP
  • Reconciliations of the supplier and customer balances, responsibility of month-end and year end closing processes
  • Entering incoming invoices, personnel costs, and other documents into the LOGO system (in accordance with the Turkish accounting system) 
  • Preparing company sales invoices 
  • Documenting and archiving all kinds of company documents 
  • Reviewing the balances of accounts payable, accounts receivable and personnel accounts regularly 
  • Preparation of bank payments
  • Uploading salary payments, making accounting checks related to payroll 
  • Reviewing tax declarations and following-up tax payments
  • Submitting the necessary VAT documentation and following-up the VAT refund processes 
  • Providing support for reporting

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics or   having a degree in Vocational High Schools, or having at least 3-4 years of experience in Accounting in Turkey 
  • Having knowledge of VUK and related legislation 
  • Advanced knowledge of LOGO Tiger
  • Advanced language skills in Turkish and English (and/or German)
  • Experienced in month-end and year-end closing processes 
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • For male candidates, to have completed military service
  • Ability to follow-up and control
  • Prone to teamwork
  • Organized and detail-oriented personality
