Once you join our team your role as Talent Acquisition Specialist will be to:

 

  • Liaise with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and selection criteria to ensure pool of high-quality candidates ranging from interns, experienced professionals up to and including leadership level roles
  • Organize end-to-end recruitment process, being both a reliable advisor and role model for his/her internal customers
  • Use recruiting analytics, metrics and candidate/hiring manager feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to support them in making the best hiring decisions
  • Explore market best practices in strategies related to talent acquisition and on-boarding
  • Design and implementing effective employer branding strategy
  • Organize and participating in career events

To be successful with the role you should comply with the following requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience (in-house and/or agency recruiter)
  • Embraces technology and all forms of social media to creatively attract talent
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management capabilities
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications as well as applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to act independently to determine new methods and approaches towards labor market
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships where persuasive skills, negotiation skills, and considerable tact are required to gain support
