You are improving the user experience of our channels within digital sales. You will optimize features of our products along the airline’s customer journey, leverage best practices, support innovation initiatives and be a hero of prototyping, creative workshops and design sprints.

  • Orchestrating and visualizing best-in-class user flows along the customer journey for different target groups
  • Interface design creation and use case modelling for sales driven digital platforms (web, app, chat, voice, social media etc.)
  • Prototyping and wire framing of innovative digital commerce features
  • Execute design sprints for pre-studies, innovation initiatives and coordinate internal/ external stakeholders
  • Driving user interface design within style guides to improve and leverage UX/UI quality
  • Identify action fields, suggest measures and ensure UX driven interface improvements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education in user experience, human computer interaction, interface or interaction design
  • Experience in digital sales, marketing, IT and/or relevant aviation fields is a strong advantage
  • Advanced in prototyping and related tools - basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus
  • Comfortable and competent to align user centred thinking, agile working and conversion optimization
  • Flexible to work on different digital B2C initiatives in a team and independently
  • Frustration tolerant, constructive and searching for ways to move forward
  • High organizational skills, motivated to hold creative workshops with diverse team set-ups
  • Fluent in English. German is a plus
