  • Manage and organize rollout projects on-site and expand the global food commerce footprint in all administrative and operational matters
  • Lead, guide, motivate & consult team members and regional roll-out teams
  • Develop an execution plan and the required work-packages within the scope of  food delivery market in the respective markets
  • Establishment of strategic partnerships with delivery platforms
  • Ensure that all project implementation steps take place and are on time and resolve implementation issues
  • Manage project budget and ensure project controlling, carry out cost analyzes and initiate appropriate measures to meet budget targets
  • Ensure the global alignment of process and rollout/expansion standards as well as their implementation

  • University graduate in the area of business administration and/or professional certification
  • 1-3 years of work experience in launching and executing new countries and cities rollouts for food commerce
  • International project management experience, strong communication skills
  • Industry knowledge and market expertise
  • Expert knowledge of Project Management processes
  • Strong analytical, creative and conceptual thinking skills
  • Experience in managing multi-cultural environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, can-do attitude and a desire to inspire and drive change
  • Dealing with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work globally on-site
  • Work experience on launching and Roll-out of virtual brands
  • Business English skills written and spoken, fluent German skills are an advantage
