Technical Implementation Manager, Latin America

AirPlus International is looking for an Implementation Manager to join their team in Mexico City!

Responsible for implementing forms of payments with our different partners ( travel agencies, car rental companies, online booking tools) along with supporting Sales with integration opportunities

  • Lead end-to-end technical implementation process; managing testing & providing feedback to vendors/partners
  • Act as subject-matter expert on technical configurations & educate peers
  • Manage the integrations of OBTs & expense tools (SAP Concur Conferma) alongside Sales
  • Ensure proper set-up of new agencies including reviewing the first statement
  • Build a positive & productive relationship with agencies/partners to facilitate technical implementation and optimize data quality
  • Primary contact for technical questions
  • Negotiate & manage contracts with travel agencies, back office providers and data consolidators if needed
  • Establish long term stable AirPlus invoice data quality
  • Alongside the rest of the team, serve as a back-up to first-level support and any other operational role as required

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional work experience
  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft Suite specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Ability to build Macros preferred)
  • Industry experience highly preferred
  • English Language B2/C1
  • Proactive and a team player
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for numbers
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to successfully multi-task and work effectively under time constraints to meet deadlines and achieve results
  • A history of work displaying strong customer focus and proven service-orientation toward both internal and external partners and stakeholders
  • Successfully build trusted and collaborative relationships
  • Target-orientated in your approach to work
  • Can work comfortably with limited direction and ambiguity
  • Capable of proactively seeking feedback, optimizing processes, and proposing solutions to meet anticipated needs
  • A bachelors degree is highly desirable
  • Fluent in English and Spanish both written and verbal
