Once you join our team as Process Development and Analytics specialist you will:

  • Design, optimize, implement and oversee LCS and material flow management processes in collaboration with the local and broader organization
  • Automate and enhance KPI reporting systems to enable constructive performance dialogues
  • Research and implement future oriented methods for performance improvement and service design
  • Ensure stable system usage and drive service-related system optimizations
  • Support related programs within the department and the LTLS organization
  • Support management on broader topics with analytics and initiatives
  • Assess and implement customer and operational feedback

To be successful in the role you need:

  • University degree in business administration, engineering or related field
  • 1 to 5 years of relevant job experience, preferably in an international business environment
  • Strong data affinity with interest in BI and digitalization (experience with VBA, SQL, Tableau is an advantage)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, with strive for lean, practical and business-oriented solutions
  • Ability to lead and present complex topics in a precise, clear and structured way (project management experience is an advantage)
  • Commitment to team results within a multicultural environment and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, responsibly and proactively
  • Diligent and systematic approach to work with good prioritization skills
  • Fluency in English
