Scrum Master (m/f/d)

In this exciting role you are responsible for the Scrum process and its correct implementation. You act as a mediator and supporter (facilitator), strive for maximum benefit and continuous optimisation and keep an eye on the actuality of the Scrum artefacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown Charts).

  • Coach SCRUM beginners while establishing and maintaining the lead in the delivery teams, training staff members to take up their respective roles in delivery teams
  • Actively resolve conflicts within teams
  • Actively report KPIs and key measures to the applicable persons

  • Successfully completed academic studies or a comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in the financial industry

  • Experience and certification on agile (SCRUM) methodologies or similar would be an advantage
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very good stakeholder management skills
  • Agile delivery of projects with on-site and off-site participants
  • Excellent interpersonal skills enabling training, coaching and mentoring
  • Strong but balanced personality, paired with an ability to pick up things quickly
  • Solid experience with Jira
  • Solid experience with Confluence
  • Solid experience working in a cross-functional teams
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
