Once you join our team as Process Center Agent you will:

  • Manage the supplier master data records in SAP in accordance with the LHT standards and established processes
  • Actively support the contracted MRO purchasing units within LHT AG group by performing sourcing activities for repair, test and overhaul of aircraft related materials
  • Reflect and document content of purchasing contracts into the corresponding IT tools
  • Prepare and upload pricing information in SAP
  • Price research to increase price availability in SAP
  • Analyze goods receipt clarifications
  • Trace and ensure that the negotiated rebate bonuses from the relevant suppliers are claimed and received as defined in the respective contracts
  • Supports the strategic purchasing unit by preparing various data / market analyses

  • University degree or equivalent business experience
  • Distinct knowledge of business administration processes
  • Knowledge of intra-company purchasing and material processes is an advantage
  • Business fluent language skill in English
  • IT-Skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Required soft skills: negotiation and communication skills, assertiveness, persuasiveness, teamwork, organizing ability
  • Coordination and collaboration with all internal and external colleagues on a professional basis
  • Distinct analytical and conceptual skills
