Once you join our team as Material Service Agent you will:

  • Ensure timely and adequate response to internal and external customers
  • Handle C&E (consumables and expendables) materials demands
  • Monitor and coordinate C&E supply processes using ERP and LHT own systems
  • Make suggestions for optimization and standardization with focus on customer needs and satisfaction
  • Tracking and monitoring of purchase orders
  • Worldwide sourcing and purchasing of aircraft materials
  • Responsible for material supply related clarifications
  • Provide feedback and status to customers on a daily basis via LHT own systems
  • Monitor and update inventory movement through daily and weekly reports
  • Monitor inventory discrepancies
  • Liaise with material and logistics organizations on a daily basis in English language
  • Assist with projects/ reports if necessary

To be successful in the role you need:

  • University degree in field relevant for the position (technical- or business administration)
  • Relevant job experience of minimum 1,5 years
  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken (German would be considered an advantage)
  • Excellent knowledge in Excel/ Word/ Access/ PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP R/3
  • Communication skills
  • High level of service and customer orientation
  • Problem solving and productivity driven
