Once you join our team as Central SAP PLM expert you will:

  • Provide 2nd Level Support for SAP ECC 6.0 with PLM as main area of support
  • Take care for Incident and Problem management (coordination between business users and Service Provider(s) within given SLAs)
  • Support projects and change management activities (gather business requirements, analysis, system configuration, testing and go-live) within Lufthansa Technik network
  • Organize meetings with SPOCs and Stakeholders in the respective areas of support
  • System and performance monitoring
  • Manage system maintenance downtimes and deployments of enhancements on central level
  • Manage SAP authorizations
  • Manage and update respective documentation

To be successful in the role you need:

  • 3 + years SAP experience in respective module
  • SAP business process knowledge and system overview
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Experience with general SAP troubleshooting and related enterprise services
  • Very good analytical, problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Previous experience working in managed environment
  • ITIL v3 Foundation or higher is an advantage
  • University or college degree in Computer science or similar experience
  • Service oriented behavior
  • Strong team player
