  • First single point of contact for our internal and external customers as Special Service Expert
  • Creation of individual, time-critical and at the same time perfect transport solutions for our customers - whether by air, road or rail
  • Responsibility for smooth customs clearance
  • Development of solutions for worldwide on-board courier transport and partial/full charter
  • Monitoring of the transport execution (shipment monitoring) as well as control of the transport partners and realization of alternative solutions in case of unforeseen problems
  • Joint responsibility for the monthly bookings of existing customers in our network
  • Support for larger national and international projects

  • At least HAVO/VWO and a transport/logistics education
  • Several years of experience in an international logistics environment, preferably in the air/express/courier or same day logistics
  • Outstanding customer and service orientation and the ability to inspire our customers with a "Yes We Can" attitude even in critical situations
  • Friendly appearance, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team as well as a distinctive problem-solving competence
  • Independent, solution- and goal-oriented working style, coupled with commitment, reliability and a sense of responsibility
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Very good English language skills / other languages are considered a plus
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
