  • Relevant professional experience in an executive position in a customer service organization, preferably in the logistics sector 
  • Several years of project management experience in leading positions as well as in-depth knowledge of process automation
  • High degree of initiative, commitment and assertiveness as well as empathy and a pronounced ability to solve conflicts
  • You are a maker and love to develop creative and innovative solutions
  • Very good analytical and abstraction skills as well as a quick understanding and comprehension of operative processes
  • You have an outstanding customer and service orientation and you manage to inspire our customers with your "Yes We Can" attitude even in critical situations
  • Fluent in Chinese and English, written and spoken
