- Make sure that the conversion rate of Eurowings’ Online Sales Channels is constantly optimized and improved while having an eye on the strategic development of Eurowings' Onsite Campaign Management.
- Make sure that all Eurowings Onsite Marketing Campaigns are planned, executed, analyzed, and – if needed – redefined in the best way possible.
- Create and analyze reports to improve the performance of our Onsite Marketing Campaigns.
- Steer other internal stakeholders like Revenu Management or Marketing.
- Monitor the traffic flow and usage of all Eurowings sites.
- Create, analyze, and optimize conversion funnels.

- Very profound knowledge and relevant work experience (at least 3-5 years) in the area of Onsite Marketing.
- Knowing the latest Onsite Marketing trends and being able to apply them in work live.
- Having experience with Onsite CMS (e.g. AEM or Typo3).
- Very good analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Ability (and personality) to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external teams.
- Fluency in both German and English language.
