Tasks

  • You are responsible for sourcing spare parts for the repair of aircraft components, including selecting suitable sourcing channels, order tracking, and tracking parts throughout the repair cycle.
  • You provide operational support and expertise to Strategic Procurement in negotiating contracts and are responsible for their operational execution.
  • You manage projects to expand the 3rd party customer portfolio and the capability of the workshops.
  • Together with internal customers and suppliers, you develop solutions to ensure a reliable supply of materials to ensure the timely repair of aircraft parts.
  • You implement measures to prevent material shortages.
  • You analyze demand, inventory levels, supplier performance, and procurement costs, and derive appropriate measures for optimization.
  • You are be responsible for maintaining relevant data in AMOS.

Requirements

  • You have a solid technical or commercial background (e.g. HTL, HAK or a comparable qualification) or possess relevant practical experience.
  • You have relevant professional experience in procurement, supply chain mgmt, or logistics, and ideally, you are already familiar with similar processes. 
  • You are proficient in standard MS Office applications – practical experience with AMOS is a major advantage for us.
  • You communicate fluently in both German and English (negotiation level).
  • You possess sound knowledge of current aviation regulations that play a role in our daily operations.
  • You impress with your confident demeanor, remain focused even during stressful periods, and value working as part of a team.
  • You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market.

    * Your actual salary resp.remuneration will be determined individually based on your qualifications and professional experience. Depending on your experience and expertise, a higher salary may be offered. If not all requirements of the position are met, the position and individual grading may be reassessed.
