The new joiner grants daily needs of the HR department performing the duties related with HR soft and administrative tasks. 

Tasks

  • Manage the entire employee administration process;
  • Prepare employment-related documentation, including hiring, contract extensions, contract amendments, and terminations;
  • Manage attendance records and support payroll processing in collaboration with the external payroll consultant;
  • Monitor vacation, leave, absences, and related administrative requirements;
  • Support the administration of welfare programs, employee benefits, and supplementary pension schemes;
  • Assist the HR Manager in preparing internal reports and HR documentation;
  • Support the HR Manager with employee onboarding activities;
  • Manage the onboarding and administration of interns and contractors within the company;
  • Scheduling medical visits for all employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Human Resources, or a related field;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and time & attendance management tools;
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail;
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
