Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Support strategic projects through research, analysis, and management presentations
  • Coordinate workshops, meetings, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Monitor industry, customer, and technology trends to identify key insights
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and project communication materials
  • Support analytical frameworks to assess market opportunities and performance
  • Assist with customer and market surveys, monitoring participation and analyzing results
  • Maintain SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration platforms
  • Support internal events, communications, and marketing activities

 

* Perform other tasks and/or projects, as assigned

  • Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
  • J-1 visa support available; costs (~$1,200) not covered

Requirements

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

  • Must be enrolled in university or within 12 months of graduation (Advanced studies in business or strategy related fields)
  • Preferred experience in project management or workshop moderation
  • Exceptional accuracy, self-organization, and multitasking skills under pressure
  • High levels of independence, proactivity, and task reliability
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Must fulfill all criteria to obtain a J-1visa for the US if required or have a work-permit for the US
