Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Lead strategic analysis of customer needs and develop scalable, competitive solutions
  • Lead tender processes, including solution design, cost evaluation, and pricing inputs
  • Evaluate operational capacity and coordinate cross-functional solution development
  • Drive implementation and onboarding of sold business into operations
  • Lead automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee SOP development and optimization for scalable, efficient solutions
  • Ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term profitability

Requirements

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field required
  • Master’s desirable
  • 6+ years in key account management, bid management, or operational leadership
  • Experience in managing high-value tenders and large-scale operational customer solutions
  • Fluency in English required
  • German language desirable
  • 6+ years in logistics industry knowledge
  • 6+ years in tender or pricing management
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent business sense
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent adaptability
  • Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
