Tasks

  • Purchase Request Handling: Check completeness and correctness of purchase requisitions and prepare shopping carts to initiate procurement workflows
  • Order Management: Verify availability of catalogue items and frame contracts; complete and release purchase orders based on validated requests
  • Order Adjustments: Manage changes and updates to purchase orders as needed
  • Goods Receipt Booking: Book goods receipts and verify their accuracy to support inventory and payment processes
  • Supplier Issue Handling: Resolve operational issues with suppliers, including delivery delays, pricing discrepancies, and product unavailability
  • Escalation Support: Notify strategic buyers of recurring or long-term supply issues
  • Master Data Management: Trigger creation of new vendors and initiate updates to vendor master data
  • Stakeholder Communication: Respond to routine inquiries from internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, or other internal channels; escalate complex issues when necessary

Requirements

  • Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in any disciplines
  • Any corporate/administrative/internship experience will be an asset for Junior position
  • Command of English (written and spoken) – level according to service requirements
  • Basic command of MS office and Windows applications
  • Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
