Tasks

In this role, you will be responsible for leading station operations and ensuring safe, efficient and exceptional service delivery.

  • Fostering safety, security & quality awareness & ensuring proper training standards, high service attitude & competence availability
  • Managing the general organization of the station, including but not limited to IT, system accesses, accounting, filing, training, databases & reporting tools
  • Following directives from the LHG operator’s NPGO in all aspects of safe & secure ground operations 
  • Personnel planning & development in accordance with target agreements /appraisals & budget allowance
  • Ensuring that all internal & external staff is qualified according to the handling standards of the respective carrier & the local requirements
  • Representing the LHG towards internal & external partners

 

* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of work experience in ground operations 
  • Leadership experience
  • Fluency in English language
  • Knowledge in Airlines or Service Partner
  • Knowledge of airport procedures and processes
  • PC and airline specific supported software
  • MS Office tools
  • Excelent safety and security
  • Excelent ability to work under pressure
