Role Summary
Support the operation and maintenance of business applications by managing deployments, monitoring systems and processes, administering forms and teams, and resolving application-related issues.

Tasks

  • Execute and validate test (Kons) and production deployments.
  • Monitor production systems, logs, background jobs, and workflows.
  • Create and maintain e-forms.
  • Manage teams and access within application.
  • Handle distribution list creation and updates.
  • User creation and list maintenance.
  • Provide application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in application support, deployments, or operations.
  • Jira user experience preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a support environment.
  • German language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Business English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field. 
  • Experience in an ASD or similar support role is preferred.
