Tasks
What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain web applications supporting Lufthansa Group’s loyalty program
- Build and enhance backend services using Java/Spring and frontend applications using React/JavaScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end software solutions
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment
- Implement and integrate APIs, business logic, and user-facing features
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to development standards
- Work in an Agile environment and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies
- Support CI/CD processes and contribute to deployment and release activities
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technical solutions
- Utilize modern development tools, including AI-assisted development solutions where applicable

Requirements
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Hands-on experience with Java/Spring and React/JavaScript
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Practical experience with Git and CI/CD
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken (B2/C1)
