Tasks

Success in this role comes from mastering the balance between challenge and support. You'll champion operational excellence by holding yourself and others to high standards, while serving as a trusted advisor and partner to the teams you support. 

What You'll Do

  • Drive operational performance and continuous improvement
  • Partner with local teams and ground handling agents to enhance safety, security, service quality, compliance, reliability, and operational efficiency
  • Monitor operational performance indicators. Identify opportunities for improvement
  • Lead performance reviews, operational assessments, audits
  • Analyze trends, root causes, and operational risks. Develop sustainable corrective actions
  • Act as local focal point for operational projects, process improvements & strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues at headquarters & across the global network to implement best practices and operational standards
  • Manage supplier performance & foster strong partnerships with internal/external stakeholders

 

* Takeover of additional tasks when required

Requirements

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in air cargo, aviation, logistics, transportation, or comparable operational environment
  • Proven track record of driving operational improvements and solving complex problems
  • Experience working with suppliers/providers/operational partners
