As a Facility Master Mechanic, you’ll play a key role in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing facility equipment to ensure reliable performance, minimize downtime, and keep our Cargo operations running safely, smoothly, and without interruption!

Tasks

Ensure the reliable operation of facility equipment through timely maintenance, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repairs. Check the task list:

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, Hardware issues, CCTV and MHS issues
  • Repair MHS, overhead doors, cooling units, access controls governed by the TSA, dock plates and all equipment used by the cargo handling department that may be out of service
  • Understand each piece of equipment and the specific areas of those that need attention as part of the preventive maintenance exercise
  • Keep records of all work performed on every piece of equipment as well as an inventory of spare parts
  • Be the focal point for diagnosing equipment problems within the facility

Requirements

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance professional with strong technical and problem-solving skills. Check the requirement list:

  • High school certificate required
  • Bachelor's &/or Master's degree desirable
  • 5-10 years experience in Facility & MHS facility equipment required
  • Excellent skills of written & spoken English language
  • Full knowledge of facility equipment, its intended use, & potentials where it can fail
  • High level of knowledge of the MHS
  • Knowledge of fire safety, electrical systems, & hydraulics
  • Responsible of employees
  • Responsible of budget
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Physical effort such as lifting items up to 25 Kg
  • Good ability to use MS Office
  • Excellent cost consciousness
  • Excellent detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving
  • Strong quality consciousness
  • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
