Do you want to play an active role in shaping the digital transformation of aviation logistics?
Then join our transformation team at LTLS! As an intern, you’ll combine organizational skills, communication, and digital solutions: You’ll organize events, raise awareness of internal digitalization topics, and help make recurring processes simpler and more efficient.
Tasks
- Event Organization:
You’ll learn practical skills with a focus on internal events related to digitalization and transformation—from planning and communication to participant management, execution, and follow-up - Process Automation:
You’ll analyze administrative processes, identify opportunities for automation, and work with the team to implement digital solutions, such as Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform - Content & Design:
You’ll prepare content tailored to specific target audiences, ensuring it’s visually appealing and consistent across various internal channels - Internal Communication:
You create clear and engaging content such as intranet posts, newsletters, and presentations, and highlight progress, tools, and achievements - You’ll participate in: events, workshops, and meetings

Requirements
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year)
- At least 3 semesters of study in business, innovation management, business informatics, communication, or a related field
- Interest in digital transformation, internal communication, event organization, and process improvement
- Initial practical experience in communication in a business setting or process improvement—experience with events or project work is a plus
- Apply existing MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel) under professional guidance
- Basic experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Canva, or Miro
- Understanding of the limitations and added value of using AI
- Self-motivation and proactivity
- Organizational skills, analytical thinking, understanding of processes, enjoyment of teamwork, and very good German and English language skills
