As a Master Data Intern, you will support the maintenance and quality of core business data across our ERP systems. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students who are detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will gain hands-on experience in master data management.
Tasks
As a Master Data Intern, you will support the team in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data. Working under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will:
- Support the maintenance of core financial master data, including vendors, customers, banks, and materials in ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Assist with the processing, reconciliation, and validation of large volumes of data
- Support master data management activities by collecting, organizing, and maintaining documentation
- Help identify and analyze data quality issues and inconsistencies
- Participate in data migration, standardization, and transformation initiatives
- Assist in communicating with internal stakeholders to resolve basic data discrepancies
- Support the team in meeting agreed service levels related to data quality, accuracy, and timeliness
- Contribute to additional projects and tasks assigned by the Team Leader

Requirements
Who we are looking for:
- Students pursuing a degree in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A diligent, organized, and systematic approach to work
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
