Tasks

The Aircraft Loading Supervisor is responsible for:  

  • Plan aircraft load distribution and optimize cargo per GOM
  • Prepare flight documents, notifications, loadsheets, and NOTOC
  • Brief GHA on loading/unloading and coordinate station activities
  • Dispatch operational messages and maintain traffic reports
  • Check ULD airworthiness and ramp conditions; monitor equipment and staff readiness
  • Supervise or perform aircraft loading/unloading and ensure safety and quality compliance
  • Support crew (briefings, catering, hotels) and assist cargo handling
  • Follow updated procedures; perform surveillance and report incidents
  • Assist in GHA manpower use, staff feedback, training, scheduling, and subcontractor performance monitoring

 

* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

Are you ready to Take-off with us? Know more about the requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED desirable
  • Experience in warehouse handling preferred
  • Fluency in English language required
  • Qualification according to CHM / GOM required
  • Computer literate as user
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Work well under time pressure
  • Manage stress effectively
  • Lift up to 70 lbs
  • Noise pollution
  • Outdoor weather conditions
  • Must be willing to work shifts
  • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
