As part of an international project, you’ll support the implementation of new business IT processes, work with agile methods, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI, and actively help design process optimizations for the ramp-up of Lufthansa Technik Portugal.
Tasks
- Support in structuring, planning, and tracking work packages in the "Release Drumbeat" for new business-IT processes and functions to support the ramp-up of Lufthansa Technik Portugal
- Collaboration using agile methods and leveraging Jira and Confluence for management and documentation
- Support in requirements analysis as well as the creation and maintenance of user stories, epics, and backlog items
- Creation and further development of reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Collaboration on digitization and process optimization initiatives in the Processes & Digital Innovation stream
- Supporting the introduction of new processes and features, as well as international rollout activities
- Participating in sprint meetings, workshops, and training sessions

Requirements
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and written proof of the mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year)
- At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of a degree program
- Interest in international collaboration in an interdisciplinary environment
- Analytical thinking skills and a passion for collaborating with different departments
- Motivation to familiarize yourself with new topics and work methods
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- A structured and independent work style
- Interest in project management, process management, and digital transformation topics
- Affinity for independently using modern IT tools and digital workflows
- Previous experience with Jira, Confluence, or Power BI is a plus
