Tasks
Your responsibilities
- Own and develop the SmartRecruiters product roadmap aligned with HR digital strategy
- Manage the full product lifecycle: implementation, operations, releases, and optimization
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding)
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable product solutions
- Coordinate vendors, SLAs, testing, incidents, and escalations
- Monitor interfaces, system performance, and recruiting data flows
- Drive automation, AI adoption, and digitalization within Talent Acquisition processes
- Support onboarding, training, and change management activities
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, HR IT, or enterprise SaaS platforms
- Hands-on experience with SmartRecruiters or similar ATS solutions
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations
- Understanding of APIs, HR system integrations, and data flows
- Agile delivery experience (Jira / Azure DevOps)
- Fluent English
- German is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management skills
