Tasks

In this 12-month Strategy & Insights Associate role, you will:

  • Support the business by analysing market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to help identify strategic opportunities
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations and business cases while working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Play an active part in meetings, discussions and project documentation, turning information into actionable insights that support effective decision-making

The role involves interpreting survey data, contributing to product development research and helping track progress across strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Aviation or a related field; advanced degrees beneficial
  • Interest in aviation and market intelligence with basic knowledge of data analysis and strategy concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and within teams
  • Organised, analytical, adaptable, detail-oriented and eager to learn
  • Willingness to follow mandatory training and hybrid working practices
