Tasks
To continuously improve the employee portals, we need your active support with these tasks and in general day-to-day business.
- Assistance with the management and administration of our content management system and various web applications
- Assistance with project management and monitoring of various IT projects
- Supporting our intranet applications by designing and implementing information websites and FAQs
- implementation of information websites and FAQs
- Creation of communication concepts for internal marketing
- Continuous further development and design of the employee portals
- Support and coordination of the team mailbox
- Creation of presentations and minutes

Requirements
To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your 3rd semester at the time of the internship.
- At least in the 3rd semester of a degree course in computer science, business informatics or business administration with a focus on computer science at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- Team player with good cooperation skills and hands-on mentality
- Flair and lots of good ideas for particularly user-friendly user interface design
- Confident with MS Office
- Quick comprehension, careful and service-oriented way of working even under time pressure
- Fluent German and good English skills
