We are looking for a motivated GSE Coordinator who will ensure the operational readiness, maintenance, and compliance of all Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and tooling used in our maintenance activities.
Tasks
You will lead a small team, organize workloads, and guarantee that all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards. Your structured approach and technical expertise will help optimize maintenance operations and minimize downtime.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Organize & allocate work within the GSE/Tooling team based on PRIO's & Ops needs.
- Motivate & guide team members, providing technical support & performance feedback.
Maintenance & Quality Assurance
- Supervise + perform maintenance, servicing, & restoration tasks.
- Ensure compliance with approved procedures, manufacturer docs, aviation regulations.
- Monitor calibration & inspection schedules.
Inventory & Compliance
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all GSE + tooling, ensuring proper labeling + traceability.
- Coordinate spare parts & consumables to guarantee availability + minimize downtime.
- Prepare internal/external audits.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify Ops issues + develop structural solutions.
- Contribute to the review & improvement of Dept. procedures & work instructions.

Requirements
You’ll join the Maintenance & Engineering team, a passionate group ensuring every flight is safe and on time. Our technicians and engineers keep our aircraft in top condition, working in an environment driven by leadership, pride, and teamwork.
- Technical secondary education (A2) in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Electronics, or equivalent experience.
- Completed initial MOE procedures and Human Factors training.
- Experience in aircraft or component maintenance is a strong asset.
- Solid electromechanical and/or electronic skills with hands-on maintenance experience.
- Proficient in reading and applying technical manuals and documentation.
- Good command of Dutch and working knowledge of technical English.
- Familiarity with AMOS or similar maintenance systems is an advantage.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools.
