Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Leading sales projects (contract negotiations for the technical product part, in close coordination with the responsible Corporate Sales organization) for specific products as well as acquire new customers
- Taking accountability/preparing proposals (complex), quotations, business planning & risk assessment for sales projects for all service components (especially Engine Maintenance Services)
- Ensuring global, cross-site customer management for Engine Life Cycle Services products for civilian & military customers
- Commercially & operationally responsible for the global station network and supplier contracts
- Risk management. Support internal approval process and coordinate content with Controlling, as well as Legal and Finance
- Attending customer visits

Requirements
Are you ready to Take-off with us? Know more about the requirements:
- University degree, preferably in (Industrial) Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent
- Sound knowledge of business fundamentals & relationships (contracts, aviation law & aviation engineering principles)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in the sales of technical products with customer interface, preferably in the field of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Knowledge of an Asian language or German is advantageous
- High degree of intercultural competency and strong understanding of Asian cultures
- Excellent customer service skills with customer-oriented attitude
- Strong ability to build close relationships with customers
- Excellent solving problems skills
- Ability and self-driven motivation to adapt and solve complex challenges
- Able to travel to Germany and extensively within the Americas
- Must posses a work permit in the U.S.
