Tasks

As part of your internship, you will be checking invoices from other aiports and handling companies independently. You will also support the team with worldwide airport charges and incentives.

  • You help with the calculation of airport incentives
  • you prepare data and desgin presentations for negotiations
  • You update and maintain the ground handling database / incentive database / etc.
  • You support invoice control and check invoices from our airports and handling companies
  • You are responsible for small projects

Requirements

What skills and knowledge should you bring with you?

  • You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • You are characterized by your affinity for numbers and accuracy
  • You have a quick grasp of how to solve procedural issues
  • You are a reliable team player
  • You have a high degree of self-organization and a sense of responsibility
  • You have very good MS Office user skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • You hold an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
